A novitiate of Clan Askani, Aliya was a fair telepath and telekinetic. She met Cable when they were teens, and under Sanctity's orders became his tutor in the ways of the Askani. They eventually married, and Aliya had a son, Tyler, who apparently was not Cable's son. Aliya was killed in a bomb set by Stryfe.
